I don’t think there is enough space to fully endorse Alex as a real estate agent. We moved from Ohio to California for job relocation. It was a very hectic time and there is a considerable difference between Columbus and San Francisco (substantial understatement ). Alex was helpful before we had even sold our house in Columbus, with phone calls to discuss location and how to really look at a listing with local knowledge. When we got out to California to look he patiently spent a number of days viewing multiple properties, helped us understand how to craft a successful offer (the San Francisco market is nuts), and was always just a text or phone call away.
